Will our first-team squad train on Christmas Day?
It’s going to be another busy festive period for our first-team squad. After Saturday’s game against Burnley, we face Brighton & Hove Albion on Boxing Day, Liverpool 72 hours later and then Fulham on New Year’s Day. So with that in mind, are Unai Emery’s side going to be training on Christmas Day? “We are going to adapt to this Christmas working because last year I had 10 days for holiday and in Spain it’s seven days usually,” our head coach said. “But I think the players here have the habit to work and we are going to have Sunday off, then Monday and Tuesday will be preparation for Brighton.
