Nacho Monreal reveals Arsenal contract talks
Nacho Monreal has revealed that he is "in contact" with Arsenal over a new deal at the Emirates Stadium. The 32-year-old has made over 200 appearances for Arsenal since a 2013 move from Malaga. The full-back will see his current contract with the Gunners expire next summer, however, and Barcelona have recently been linked with a move as they seek a back-up left-back. Monreal has said that he is "really happy" at the Emirates Stadium, though, and is currently discussing a fresh deal. "At the moment we are talking with the club.
