Unai Emery surprises fans at Emirates Stadium
After meeting staff at Emirates Stadium yesterday afternoon, Unai Emery was the surprise guest at a season kick-off event with more than 300 supporters. The meetings were held as Unai looked to learn more about the club before he joins up with the majority of the first team next week.
The evening event saw fans get together with our head coach and chief executive, Ivan Gazidis, with a number of staff from the football operations team including head of football relations Raul Sanllehi, head of recruitment Sven Mislintat and contract negotiator, Huss Fahmy.
