After falling behind to Gary Cahill and Harry Kane’s strikes, our Hale End graduate collected the ball just inside the hosts’ half and clipped a clever pass over the top to Odion Ighalo.
The former Watford striker turned away from Kyle Walker and rattled a fierce shot off the post, before Iwobi pounced to score the Super Eagles’ first ever goal against England. The 22-year-old played the full 90 minutes for Nigeria, while Danny Welbeck was a 73rd-minute substitute for Kane....
