Arsenal manager has no regrets over huge transfer decision
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has again spoke out about his decision to not bring back Cesc Fabregas to the Emirates Stadium. Fabregas left Arsenal, as their captain, to return home to Barcelona, however, when it became clear that the Spanish international was leaving the Nou Camp again, Le Professeur decided against activating the first option clause that Arsenal had inserted in the deal that took Fabregas away from north London. Wenger's decision to reject his former captain left the door open for Premier League rivals Chelsea to swoop in and seal the deal for the former Gunner.
