Chelsea have reportedly identified Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey as a potential transfer target for the summer window. In the past, the Blues have shown that they have no issues with trying to sign Arsenal's long-serving players, with Ashley Cole and Olivier Giroud both moving to Stamford Bridge.
