Everton set to beat Arsenal to signing of La Liga ace
Everton are set to acquire the services of Arsenal target Sergi Roberto from Barcelona after an offer was said to have been accepted, Metro reports. The 23-year-old was heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, with Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke City joining the Gunners in the attempts to sign the player. He decided to extend his contract at the Camp Nou ahead of the January window, but after seeing very limited playing time, he is being tipped for an exit.
